in older versions you eat enough people you get brain sickness and laugh uncontrollably .

 

Is this in the current xbox build?

I stick to canned food and occasionally wolf and chicken meat.

It should be pretty easy to test as it should start pretty soon after eating human meat (like 45 minutes-ish) and then come about every fifth minute and can not be cured - from what I've read anyways.
