So vague lol I know in my experience the second you stop looking for something you find it but I didn't know for example if it was a utility spawn or civilian... Dopplerman 55 Posted November 26, 2018 They spawn in utility and civilian loot spots. As I have found some inside houses, sheds, and apartments. They are very common if you're on a freshly restarted/low pop server.
