Are these guns still available?

I've been searching for the M4 and VSS. . I've had no luck at the crash sites.  Are they still available and if so where at?

M4's are general military spawns, but you are most likely to find one at Tisy military base.  Don't forget to check the enterable storage containers.

VSSessess have been known to spawn in the boots of cars in Northwestern towns (also UMPs and FALs).  Crazy, huh?  I've only seen ammo at Russian helis but that's just my own experience.

The boot is what non-Americans call the Trunk of a car, so the rear storage.

The guard shack and nearby tower at 010/014 (in Tisy military base) spawns VSS's frequently with a PSO 1-1 attached. The problem is finding mags and ammo, I haven't seen any.

Crash sites will not be spawning any guns at all this patch.  Gun spawns on crashsites are disabled due to a bug preventing the CLE from keeping the number of guns spawned under control.

You will have to search military bases exclusively for the guns you are looking for, and most other automatic weapons as well.

Thanks for the info. I actually found 3 M4's on the same server within say 200 feet of each other.

 

One last gun.. The Mosin..  I'm having issues finding that one as well.  It's not at the military sites the best I can tell.

Mosin is pretty common near the coast.  It really shouldn't be hard to find one of those.
