Dear BIS - upload MAP image for print please.

Recommended Posts

Dear developers - please - upload somewhere jpg or png with huge resolution for print map of Chernarus+ on A1 paper scale.

I understand - now it's not final version of map, but...

Or add this in BIS store like a classic papermap.

Wanna print and pin under my monitor =)

Thx.

I thought I was the only one who did that. Digital maps are overrated!

i'm sure they will do that for v1.0 when the time comes. and if not, the community should be able to do it as well.

i found an old reddit topic where someone did it: https://www.reddit.com/r/dayz/comments/1tl6zk/i_created_an_extra_high_resolution_map_of/?sort=new

unfortunately the download is not working anymore, so it's hard to judge the quality of it.

the one map i have found for old chernarus was good quality with 17454x14626px.

UNDER your monitor?!?  What setup are you playing the game on, I wonder.

I would also like this to happen, as having a map up on my second monitor causes a host of issues like tabbing to scroll/rescale, and the light pollution on my poor little eyes.

You have my vote.

You can find a high res map here (no town names):

There are numerous websites that already allow you to do this, or to have the map open (with or without legend) on a second monitor or device as you play (and allow you to add marks/markers for others in your group to see).
