iirc in .59 it was only a shot or two with the higher calibers. I remember firing up to six shots through it with a .22 before it got ruined.  I haven't tried it yet in .60, it's durability may have changed.  I can't recall if you could repair it with duct tape before it reached ruined status (with enough duct tape the water bottle in the small improvised fish trap could be repaired indefinitely)

Pristine improvised suppressor on my Red9 (9mm) lasted 4 shots in 0.60, 2 days ago.

It varies greatly from caliber to caliber.

The improvised suppressor has a length of approximately 25 cm.

Before being ruined, a pristine improvised suppressor can withstand:

0-1 rounds of 7.62x54mmR or .308 Winchester
1-2 rounds of 7.62x39mm or 5.56x45mm 
4-6 rounds of 5.45x39mm, .357 Magnum, 9x19mm, .380 ACP or .22 LR
