Had fun today on DayZ

I played with a couple new friends today, Emuthreat and Speeder. It was great fun. I'm learning a lot from my new buddies. I mean a lot!

Always nice meeting up with people off the forums. I find them to be a much better class of gamer compared to the typical dayz scum lol

So far that's been my experience as well. It really showed me how much more you can do in DayZ, whether you're lone wolf, or playing with others. Plus, I've learned so much from the guys I'm playing with. My lone wolf runs will benefit from what I've learned as well.

yea i tend to only play with other guys i know. i find it very boring to be running around looting alone. oh, and its much safer.

I've never actually ran into anyone from the forums/boards online. I've chatted with a few via Steam, which was always amusing and fun... but in 1000+ hours never had the pleasure. Maybe that's because I spend a lot of time hiding...  :lol:

Any "interaction" I've had once geared has ended with one party dead, usually me trying to give them a chance. I watch the player list and have seen a few familiar names but on low pop servers. I play with my son now and just not sure if we'd give a geared player a chance to talk or not based on past experience.

Violence begets violence.  Just ask, I'd give a stranger the shirt off my back;  just because the one I'm wearing is damaged, and I have a pristine one in my pack.  ;)

Not many of us have been with forumers except those who whitelist. Though I play VG, DG , and UK alliance I know some forumers go there I probably killed them or got killed by them I like trapping the electro police station and catching people and eating them.

EITC came together as a group when we (all individual traders on the trading post) decided "Hey, let's go helicopter hunting together." We've had some great times together since , and everyone else who I've played with from the forums seem to be good people as well :)
