Personally i think that tech is the major restraining factor.It's a vital requirement of great importance to features like multithreading support or even additional performance,essentilal for increasing zombie count.The transition period to newer modules has only just begun and from the looks of it,seems like it's gonna be a long one... But it heads in the direction of a private hive/perma death theme. Die and you can't respawn for 12 hours? Not bad, puts a lot of weight on your shoulders/decisions. I like it. They've previously said they want a higher capacity (remember, 40 used to be the max) and his comments don't go against that in my opinion. I think what he was really trying to say was, "We'll see what performance looks like and set a limit from there." A survival game without visual weather effects?We get hundreds of guns with many different calibers and an authentic ballistic model, but no weather system?This must be a dream?
