Who stopped the rain?

So far this patch i have yet to get rain. I havent played a ton tho so maybe thats it but it seems like .54 it was raining non-stop but now sees a lot less?

I have only played maybe 3 hours since the update but ya I havent seen any rain in those 3 hours

In .53 everyone was dying of thirst because the hydration mechanic was screwed. So, naturally, the pumps didn't work. Now, being that more of us depend on horticulture because there's no loot, oh and rain is one of the two water sources that isn't poisoned, of course it doesn't work.
