The past (the previous exp. branches-updates in the last 6-12 months) showed that the average time when you could play the newest exp. branch would be at 9 p.m.

This game is played worldwide, your 9pm could be my 9am so... That was not helpful at all :/

true. i forgot to write it down. i would say 9.p.m. CET. But luckily the client is already downloadable. Now we have to only to wait for the servers being up (will probably take 2-4h)
