Judopunch 523 Posted October 4, 2014 I always leave the coast.One life, I went to Vybor, respawned, went to the factory, came out and I was getting shot. I had a mosin so I started shooting back, and the guy pulled out an AK. He missed his whole first clip and I said on VOIP "Why wont you ever talk instead of fight?", he came back, sprayed another AK magazine and got a headshot. DEad. I am now alive again and went to the NEAF. I was trying to make a makarov work in the top of the control tower when I got shot in the arm. I went down one floor and healed up, and started camping to see if the guy would show up. I waited for maybe 10 mins and then quit. People just fucking shoot and ask questions laterI wasnt directing my response to you. In both instances you were near the most heavily trafficed military weapons spawns in the game. Why in gods green earth would you sit in the top of a glass tower and mess with something thats not working and be surprised you got shot? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
kimmaz 63 Posted October 4, 2014 The most fun, and hardest way is to loot and gear up without killing the zombies,, just let them chase you... If you are able to get geared up and leave the coast with 3 zombies chasing you and not get hit... after several attempts mind you and a lot of practice you wont have a problem killing them ^^ I currently kill off every zombie but for one, I think its too hard when multiple zombies chase me. In the future I will increase the amount who follows me around while I loot the town and gear up.. Played for couple hours, exploring and fleeing from any combat being zombie or human. Stayed away from cities. Got some decent loot and a backpack. Shotgun with about 20 rounds and plenty of 7.62 rounds hoping to find a rifle to scrap my shotgun. Perfect clothes where weather or rain wasn't a bother. Hatchet, plenty of food and a water bottle. I was loaded and well off. Died instantly walking down some stairs. Said I broke my leg or something. Idk what that was about. Thought to myself, "Alpha version..."Was it the fire station at the top right hand side of the map 2 flights up i think it is...The 1 above airfield...not krasto on the right of krasto i think.. Given that the battery drains so quickly you probably want to swing as few times as possible... i've had really bad luck using cattle prods so i haven't experimented much, but it stands to reason that a headshot would indeed be more effective. i'm honestly surprised to read about people using these things as much as they do given the crappy battery life you mentioned. i don't find batteries often enough for this to be a feasible weapon, especially when axes are as good as they are. And you start with the battery. Make a good placeholder tell you can find an axe or a picaxe. However on .5 experimental i was one shoting zombies with a hoe...... Just spend a few hours learning how to kill zombies with your bare hands and don't waste your time with any melee weapon other than hatchets, pickaxes, hoes, and the godsend stun baton. Sure, mostly they only say "I kill you stupid america" but it still counts as speaking.Any chance those were Russians? I noticed that many of them tend to regard all English speakers as american's :? LazlowRave 3 Posted October 6, 2014 Have to remember that most people are on TeamSpeak and hostile bandits kind disregard friendly people and would choose to kill them. Not always a score killing innocents all the time but I'd assume killing 10 you get at least 1 good item.
