Did Zombies become super tough? Or is this one an anomoly?

I don't recall ever encountering a zombie as hardcore as this.  I hope this is some kind of random super-zom, because he just seemed a TAD too tough.

PCP/amphetamine crazed individuals can take bullets and blows to the face still attack so in the game if the zeds are infected humans I imagine they are pumped full of adrenaline and either don't feel pain or do not care. that's the excuse I'm using IMHO I don't care how hard they are to kill the harder the game is the better and I for one want zeds to be a threat yes humans will be nasty and cruel and no-one will probably work together no matter how hard they are but none the less they need to be more than a nuisance they need to become something to be feared not just a prop or gimmick.

That is just desync....is a lot better in 0.50..killed a Zombie in 5 punches to head, which got me a bit by surprise..i carried on hitting the dead Zombie for another 2 minutes thinking that he wasn't dead yet...
