DayZ slave trade?

I was watching a live stream on Twitch and this girl "captured" a bambi, forced him to follow her to some castle where she sold him to another player... is this common, or only on certain servers?

The girl streaming is named Smixxa. This was something sha had done before, knowing where to sell the guy, that she needed to approach the castle with a lit flare so she wouldn't be shot. It was crazy, especially the "slave" going along with it. She took what gear he had, made him "dance", the sold him. Totally WTF. I can't find any info on google so I thought I would ask here.

Here's the thing about DayZ, its complete game play freedom. there is no points system, no quests, no missions perks ect ect. Its all about survival, exploration and the thrill of player contact. Its really up to the player and there means to decide the game they want it to be. So anything can happen with in the mechanics of the game. So I will not completely rule anything out if it is with in the mechanics of the game.

 

Is there a slave trade in game, and is it a wide spread thing you ask...I would say if there is a slave trade of some kind its on a really small scale, done by role players like freethink is saying. It is really not wide spread at all. Because there's no real game mechanic for it, other then people trading items maybe. The person playing the slave could simply log of when the are sick of the abuse. I have honestly never seen it the entire time I have played. 

 

I'm not done yet he he Were not out of the woods yet because, capturing other players, hand cuffing them, banditry, force feeding ect ect ect is more wide spread. That happens all the time. But that is more being taken prisoner the being a slave.

For all WE know, THIS  "Slave" may have been playing while wearing a diaper and ball gag?

the more I thinkl about it I assume it was three friends RPing the whole thing. She actually treated the guy pretty nicely, patched his wounds, feed him, kept the zombies off him. He was flirting a bit and seem intrigued by the novel encounter. But the give away was the slaver waiting at the castle. How long would he have to wait there hopiong for some action? He was using a voice changer and was REALLY getting into his role, downright creepy. Talking about "breakiing" poor Gary (the slave). But it was entertaining to watch Twitch for once :)

It more then likely was staged or RPing. People who post videos on YouTube and Twitch are rewarded for how many hits they get, some even get paid. The crazier the better and you better believe some of those DayZ videos are staged. I mean come on...the other day I saw a DayZ video were "Frankie" and "Morgan Freeman" had a chance encounter.......ya right.....regardless it was funny I'll give them that....but it wasn't a freak encounter.  

 

As far as "slave trading" being in the game currently and being wide spread, it just isn't supported with the games current mechanics. Its a server based multi player with a max of 40 player per server not really a massive multi player were something like that might be possible on a larger scale. So your not going to see complex trading, and mass efforts you see in a MMO RPG.

It happens.

 

In the mod, me and a group of friends, drove up and down the beach in a bus, kidnapping bambii's.

We then drove them to green mountain, where we had made an arena from barbedwire, in the middle there was a tent full of axes.

They where told only one could leave alive and they had to fight to theyre death, and so they did :)

 

Its was very fun, both for us but also for the people participating hehe.

She posted a video of yesterdays stream. She finds "Gary" at 1:38:00. She sells Gary at 2:43:21. That's the really creepy part.
