All I play on usually is experimental hardcore but my fps had become so bad it was unplayable. Seems to have become better now though so I may put some more hours in soon :) Hope to see you there (and that it will be a friendly encounter)

i havent been on a lot but i normally like to play on both. Plus sometimes normal is much quiter than experimental.

I really hate a few certain changes to how movement works in .47, perhaps the same goes to a few others out there? Or just Summer. I do (and will continue to) jump in experimental HC once in a while.

Well let me tell you a secret:

A silent ninja sneaking zombies to that, on hardcore you don't see your back when you stay idle and if one of those things attack me from behind once again I'll die on heart attack.

 

So I'll stick with regular for now, with camera set so I can see my back.

I don't know if I was just unlucky, but I decided to play hardcore experimental again yesterday and found two things.

 

1.  My frame rate was terrible, and I'm not exactly sure why.  Is that normal for first person to be worse?  I get a lot better in third person, at least in this experimental build.

 

2.  In 30 minutes of playing I went through 3 fresh spawns, and was killed on sight each time.  In regular, at least in experimental, people seem much friendlier and willing to adventure together to check out the new things experimental has to offer.

Perhaps you should re-read your post because it' not hard to see the poorly disguised insult in it...  So I can understand why he would have responded as he did, plus the whole "hardcore" vs "regular" has gotten out of control lately...
