I was thinking this the other day, I'd like to see them added as well down the line.

I had heard somewhere that Cigarettes curb or slow down the rate of hunger in individuals, I don't know if this is a placebo effect or not but it's an idea nonetheless. In addition, I hope at some point the Dev's add in a Mental Stress mechanic, perhaps Cigerettes could be used to reduce the amount of mental "stress" with obivious disadvantages

But if that comes up in the game, they should add the attributes that are affected by cigarettes in real life.

The more realistic and variety of items in the game the better gets the game

Dude this is a game, everything you said made no sense at all, all i said in my post was that smoking clamed snake down and it does, not only smokers but non smokers.

I don't know. I think it should definitely have long term negative effects though, such as reduced fitness.

Some people clearly quite like smoking, and I think apart from the smell and the fact it turns tour organs to shit it always looked kind of cool.

Whenever I see a young person smoke though I only think of them as a douche bag hipster, older folks I can kind of understand.

If we get cigarettes I also want cigars, for real class.

Cigars, I don't like cigarettes. Seems daft to inhale noxious smoke into your lungs, when you can just enjoy the taste of a good cigar. Unless it's winter (which is inbound in Chernarus, btw), since cigarettes do provide a warm feeling, if not actual warmth.
