Using hacks and/or game bugs and glitches to gain advantage over others. Worst thing for me. Everything else is meant to be in game - that is a human factor and could be considered completely natural.

Having groups larger than five outside "clan battles". Haven't died to such a group, but I always giggle when I see 7-8 guys with the same clan tag. I just imagine them all on the coast showing "who the bosses are".

Claiming friendly and betraying is the worst thing out there.

 

I played with a friend once and I was back a bit with a sniper. There was someone outside of his building and they were talking. He never put his gun up and didn't look threatening. The person starts walking away and my friend yells to me shoot shoot. I put him down and then he tells me "haha he was friendly"

 

I felt awful, I quit the game

How did you forget ghosting on that list? I would insert ghosting into 8. with hacking being the only thing worse.
