i was the only person in the sever, low ping (20/30) and no chains red or yellow at all.

 

i was kneeling in the "bandaging" animation when the singular (respawned) zed hit me once while i was healing in the first floor doorway of a blue residential two story in elektro.

 

with the jumping, the leaping, the double and triple hits, the insta-knock-outs and leg-breaks i swear the zombies know kung fu

 

now they can kill you with a single touch...

 

 

 

their individual base power level is over 9000

we are lucky the fireaxe is a weapon of the gods or we're fucked

Yeah, I'm thinking that it might be a "headshot" bug too. Definitely needs to be looked into!

I think we should just re-label it as a feature, much less work.  Also I got one shot by a flying infected was a little stunned by the ordeal but as I'd been having problems recently keeping blood in my body and bullets out I didn't think too much of it. Screen was full color and I was "healing" at the time.

If it was labelled a feature and you were aware that it was supposed to be possible then you simply wouldn't allow it to happen. You shouldn't be able to just stop to bandage and accept that you're going to take a few hits IMO, that isn't very "authentic".

Yes. Whilst kneeling down you give your head away, especially when unprotected. I am not 100% sure about the SA damagemodel, but that's how it works with the mod anyway.

Bleeding isn't too much of a big deal right now I got shot twice and managed to run for about 5 mins while bleeding until I found something to bandage myself.  Yesterday I had 5 infected on me and I had time to axe them to death then stop and bandage myself as well. still I do make a point of being more then healthy and will eat simply because my guy isn't full.

Ive been one shot by zombies at least twice, maybe 3 times last few weeks. Last night was bandaging but I can't remember for sure about other two. I only wear cowboy hats, so that could be it. This would be a reason to have damage logs that could be reviewed. You want to write a bug report but what part is buggy?

A zombie has a random but rare chance to hit you for an extremely high amount of damage. It's happened to all my friends, its got nothing to do with your gear.

 

Zombies are extremely problematic at the moment as everyone knows. They are much more vigilant than even the most experienced players, they are often completely silent, and killing one just spawns another one at a completely random and often close range.

 

Theres also no stealthy ranged weapon yet that doesn't draw every zombie within a 100 m.
