time to retire the "forward leaping zombies"

the zombie outbreak virus was created when a scientist got drunk and combined a regular zombie virus with TIGER DNA

 

(this animation and pathing is from the mod, so i get why it is here and has a role as a placeholder)

 

this is every encounter with zeds after the "zombiesarefasternowkthxbai" hotfix patch today:

 

me: "oh shit a zed"

zed: "tiger fist attack!"

me "wtf? is it leaping at me?"

zed: "HI-YAAAAAAAAA!!!"

 

 

(instead of a shitty whip i've got an equally usless amphibia-s)

 

this is getting annoying.

have fast zeds, or zeds that can lurch forwards suddenly.

none of this 5m long jumping stuff.

 

"people can jump/infected people can jump too and hurr durr it's alpher" have been posted here first, obviously.

I personally love the jumping zeds. Would be even better if they could latch on to you and you'd have to shake them off.

Ever since they cranked the speed, I find those death leaps hilarious. They leap off buildings, down slopes to their death, or just downright miss you.

Never remove the jumpers!

They are best for a scare and they are best for a laugh.

Just go to a castele ruin attract some of the zeds and then flee down a steep slope ^^

The zed will jump you and since they do not alter trajectory to compensate for the slope you will have flying zeds :D
