I think an AR-7 survival rifle would be an interesting addition, especially if you were able to carry it in a rucksack. Also, a Walther PPK so I could go 007 on some bandits.

the ppk is a very weak handgun and is just about worthless outside of 30 feet.

Slingshots, would somewhat easy to get build by any survivor in a given setting, ammo could be found eveywhere, would be a nice tool to fight off Zeds, would be a good and decent alternative to bow usage and maybe even pistols as they can be somewhat effective.

Hmm, i was under impression russian army is already being supplied with AK-12s, but now i have checked it and found out i was completely wrong :) Therefore please ignore my previous statement.

Man, that is an ugly weapon. What you need is a beautiful reflex-deflex longbow with a nock-point and string silencers and that guy's beard. Most of those survivalist types look totally nuts, hoarding hundreds of thirty round glock mags and using phrases like "when the grid goes down, man", but that dude seems pretty grounded. He even has videos on making your own arrows with duct tape fletchings and how to make arrowheads out of found glass. Good luck with the first aid if you get hit with one of those.

It would be nice to see guns like that are mostly cosmetically different with the same stats, maybe just different in terms of attachments, like how you can remove the silencer from the the SR-3 to pack it into a bag easily.

Nah, the AK-12 just came out a few years back. And for the moment, I have not seen any soldiers in Crimea wielding those guns, so it could be that it hasn't been mass-produced to the quantity the army needs. (Most of them are still wielding the AK-74 BTW)
