tharealgc 0 Posted February 23, 2014 We all play alone and we all play with friends, so for some of us its difficult to stay near each other.I feel like it would be awesome if we would have the ability to have multiple (2-3) characters to log in with so we can one for running alone and other for running with friends as usually we login and log out in the same place...I think/hope wont be alone on this one... For instance, just last night I went to the SE airfield to check it out, not really to loot, but to see what it was like and get a plan going with my friend. Next thing I know, i'm getting shot in the back. I turn around and there's 2 guys spraying me with M4's. I managed to kill the first, but i died. Anyways, i spawned and headed north to find 2 guys having a fist fight in the middle of the road and a zombie attacking on of the guys. As I approach I find out that the fight was actually a boxing match. I joined in and played for several rounds, killing one of them twice(on accident). I then joined up with some guys further up the road and we made our way to Bererzino and looted the shit out of it. Anyways, I'd like the ability to switch between the high intensity and always looking over your shoulder of the end game to the not really caring too much and being able to trust people of the beginning. Problem with being able to cycle through characters is that you run the risk of packmule characters that hoard loot in the safety of the log-out screen. BeefBacon 1185 Posted April 23, 2014 This will cease to be an issue once private hives become available. Play alone on one server and play with friends on another. The softcore/hardcore isn't really a solution as many people don't want to be forced to play a version that they don't like just so they can keep a separate character; I certainly don't.
