Weapons how do i find these guns?

M4A1 seems very rare to find. Found about 3 in barracks over a VERY long time period. (Even unopened barracks/towers)

IZH-43 seems very rare to find. Found 1 only once.

SKS seems pretty common in Chernobyl and in the green building with the jail cell. Up stairs. In the room iv'e found ruffly 5-6 SKS.

Magnum common Found all over the place.

FNX45 common Found all over the place.

Mossins found 0

Blaze 95 Double Rifle found 0

 

Iv'e looked a lot. Kinda amazed that iv'e somehow missed these. Most say farm land but iv'e been to so many bars and farm areas yet no luck.

Look in buildings other than military barracks.  Those will all be taken, you have to find them in barns, orange brick buildings, the "school" etc.

I've seen all primary weapons except M4 at piano house. Schools can have sidearms and most primaries. I work early so I wake up at 3 a.m. PST to not screw up my sleep schedule. I tend to get first dibs on server morning resets, great way to learn where everything spawns.

I have found double rifles in long barns and even houses in towns.  I have found mosins in the same 2 places.  I have yet to engage in combat, but I like the thought and feel of the SKS so far.

While I agree for the most part, my experience is I can't stop tripping over shotguns, mosin's are rare, B95 i thought they weren't but I guess I was just on a lucky streak cos I can't find them now.

I'd suggest leaving the coast before trying to decide what is rare or not. In a single trip thru Vybor I found at least one of each of those rifles, totaling something like 8 or 10.

 

That was just going in the high% buildings of one town.

heh I have a bad habit of using the M4 as a disposable "breach" weapon. when I loot a base I usually find one right off the bat then some ammo and I carry it in hand as I work thru the base and drop it on my way out the other end. I've found a ton of mosins which is nice as its my go to long gun and I HATE the magnum - its loud, only has 6 shots and is way too "dirty harry" for my tastes so my side arm is the .45 - I won't pick up an SKS unless there is no other gun around but will on occasion carry a sawed off in my backpack.

Aside from everything else it's called, "Random". Even if statistically it seems impossible that you might not have seen a certain gun it is not impossible, it's simply improbably. You have the same chance of a gun spawning in a location every time the server resets. even with a 99% chance of spawning at a particular spawn point it might never spawn there. Why? because random chance.

i found 3 m4's today, in barracks/jail buildings, wich i have picked up, and put under a tree outside, whilst carefully closing all doors, the less guns you guys have, the less guns will kill me

IZH-43, i only seem to find them when i dont find a hacksaw, or the other way around... shame i carry around an m4.

mosin, quite rare, but found a few, the mrs runs around with one right now

blaze95, civilian gun, found 3 in a day once.. since its civilian gun, yeah, barns, houses with piano, hospitals etc...

I have no problems finding guns.

Long Range Scopes are pretty much the Rarest item in the game for me..  I can only find them off the bodies of those i KILL!

School has a chance to spawn a M4 on the 3rd floor room shelves along with just about any other gun.  School Roof has a chance to spawn Mosin, SKS, Shotgun & Blaze.  (Secret secret.  If you perform a step over the blocked in area in the middle of the top roof.. you can stand in it..  There appears to always be an item, gun or ammo in that area that is unseen.)

Piano House.. also know as 3 door 2 story building.. and who knows what else.. has a REALLY high rate for SKS, Mosin, Blaze & Shotgun.

Fire Stations i have more luck with Pistols than any Rifle.

Office building 3rd floor where everything appears to be barricaded has a decent chance for a Rifle.


Also what gives with all these Darn SKS's everywhere yet the ammo is super rare.

I've found a lot of everything...I do not know which weapon to choose :c I have more ammo than zombies on the servers...and I don't want to become a bandit or KoSer...I hope there's more zombies soon

As far as I understand it, O is the universal donor, AB is the universal recipient, while A and B can make use of O or their own type.

That's 2/3rds of the story.  You left out the rhesus factor, rh, the +/- one.  There are 3 factors to blood: A, B and Rhesus, named after the monkey.  If your body has that factor, it can accept blood of that factor.  O means neither A nor B.  You can have all three: AB+, or you can have none O-.  If your body does not have that factor it will reject the blood, basically saying it is an invader.

 

From this it is easy to see that O- is the universal donor, anyone can get his blood because there are no factors.

Similarly AB+ is the universal acceptor, has all the factors so can get any type of blood.

 

This is real life, on my donor card it says "O+ Hero" (not kidding, real red cross card) meaning I gave 3x in a year or something.  Come to think of it, it's been a while, so give blood IRL.  You don't need it anyway.  The body is constantly making new blood, and while plasma is replaced in 2-3 days, blood is replaced in 35 days.  But your body is constantly replacing blood, the bilirubin from harvesting red blood cells is what makes your poop brown.  Really.

 

So, good luck finding guns then.

At the top of the "school" buildings (third floor, only enterable room), any firearm can spawn, I've found all of them there at some point (IZH-43, Mosin, B95, M4A1, Magnum, FNX-45). The weapons you've listed as rare are generally considered civillian weapons, the IZH-43, B95, and Mosin are all probably easier to found in a town than in a military base, they spawn pretty commonly on the bottom floor of the piano buildings/mansions, and I've also found those 3 on the actual roof of the "school" buildings.

You clearly aren't looking in the right places. Try the "piano buildings" and "schools". Hospitals don't seem to spawn as much as they used to but TEC buildings still work just fine. Obviously barracks, hangars, ATC towers and the other military buildings are good for finding weapons as well.

 

Oh, one last thing. If you're on a relatively low pop server, check Rify.
