1. Loot still spawns in military locations but you can occasionally find it elsewhere. 2. Winchester, Blaze, SVD, CR and the new Hunting Scope. Mosin no longer has the LRS - it's limited to only the PU Scope. 3. Statuses are currently buggy. 4. Zombies aren't much harder and there are less of them at the moment. They do crawl now though. 5. Yep. Desync/buggy items and inventory management. 6. PVP is basically unchanged. All the hotspots are still pretty much the same. There's a lot more snipers now with the Hunting Scope and so many different options to choose from. Persistence doesn't work so don't bother with tents or building stashes/caches for yourself. Just gear up and go hunting.

Update fracture gone, thirst quenched but unable to heal. Both light green but no 'healing'. Doesn't matter now because I got iced in Zeleno military base. Guy just literally appeared out of nowhere. I heard like two footsteps and then he was in front of me and shooting. Had no time to react. :(

Easiest way is to crouch and only move when they move. If they're unaware of you their own movement will cover your sounds.

Nah, relogged twice. Still fractured even after more splints. Still can't get rid of thirsty. I'll try again tomorrow.

10. The Curse of the Cola Can: Can's of drink will randomly glitch and stay in your hand even after you've dropped them. The F2 trick will get rid of the can for about a minute allowing you to equip something else but then you'll randomly put your weapon away and the can will appear in your hand again.

Forgive me if this has been posted, but are status's also bugged in .57? Got shot in Cherno and now I apparently have a fracture that no amount of first aid will heal. Broken arm and I had the shakes until I used a splint. Shakes have now gone, but still got a fracture. I also seem to have a thirst that no amount of Pipsi can quench. I can't heal and my screen is monochrome because no matter how much I drink I'm still 'thirsty' and have a fracture. :(

I believe it was because the Mosin doesn't actually have the setup to attach a scope like that, although I could be wrong. Mosin is still deadly with the PU Scope.

Here's my 2c that nobody asked for: The fundamentals don't work. Until they work flawlessly there's absolutely no point in adding base building. It will just create more problems. I had to log out last night because a can of cola glitched in my hand and every few minutes it would put away whatever I was carrying and this damn cola can would appear in my hand again. That's just one example. The fundamentals have to be rock solid before even thinking about this.

I think it needs more whisky.

Blaze with hunting scope is pretty epic. I got a couple of kills in Vybor last night at medium range. The CR is okay but limited by the fact you have to find a mag first. Winchester is a great gun, but I've never had the chance to use it with a scope yet so my vote may change once I score that combo. I dunno if I can go past that quick double shot with the Blaze though... If that first shot doesn't kill you can get another one on target super, super quick. Has anyone seen the Blaze snaploader recently? They used to spawn everywhere but I haven't seen one for ages. Having 2x snaploaders makes Blaze win easily for me.

I seriously never find anyone at the airfield. Every time I go there on my regular servers there's no one to be found. I'm sprinting down the main airstrip just to get someone to shoot at me and nothing, lol. Vybor however always has some people around. Got two kills there last night before finally getting gunned down by a third squaddie that I failed to notice flanking me. Almost got him, but had to reload before I could get a second shot off.

Had this issue last night on 4 different servers, one private the rest public. Restarted the game and everything was back to normal, loot everywhere. Think it's a glitch when you log into the game itself.

No med kits or protectors and 1 ammo box so far. Honestly didn't even take notice of the slots and I died from a terminal case of suicide with a Makarov not long after. :P

Easiest way to deal with this (and I know this is overused) but just take a break. I took a long break back when the patches were in the 40's and came back at .55 Had an absolute blast the last few months with all the content I missed in those patches and now I'm probably going to take another break for at least a few weeks. The only thing that's really annoyed me so far in this patch is dropping things are once again glitching or falling through floors etc. I lost a magnum and an amphibian while I was sorting some stuff. I could see them sitting on the floor, but could not pick them up no matter what I tried. It was incredibly frustrating. I could pick up the food I dropped and other bits and pieces, but the guns fell and they were sitting upright with the grip embedded in the floor instead of laying on the side.

You'll get shot depending on your location too, regardless of what you look like or what you say. If I see you in a major city, I'll shoot first every time. Far too much risk in dealing with other players in cities. I've been killed by a guy I was trading with after someone else shot at us because he assumed it was me. It's just not worth trying to interact in cities. Either avoid or shoot to kill. Out in the wilds or in a smaller town I'll be far more inclined to at least make contact before I ice you.
