Now releasing an unfinished product during the Holidays to maximize the money they get in (20 million+) you would think the Devs have a responsibility to their customers to work as hard and fast as they can during the Holidays to tighten things up with the game.. You don't see Infinity Ward or DICE telling you the update logs before they come out, you just get them when you get them. Regardless of how much money they have taken in a Holiday is a Holiday and time spent with family is bit more important(to some) than that.If this was 1 or 2 months in and there was no sign of any updates, patches or the like, then it would give some reason to bitch but seriously... Less than 2 weeks and to rage is just showing how completely immature people are or can be. Go outside, have a wank or something. I think rocket was the primary reason we got so much inside information and he's back soon™.Everyone relax. This post nailed it. It is not a requirement. They don't even have to develop this any further. But it sure would be nice to hear from them once in a while. ninjacalypse 551 Posted January 5, 2014 I realize that this is in the alpha stage, but with such rapid sales and inflow of cash I think we as gamers deserve to know what's going on behind the scenes. I.e. more information on updates and ongoing projects that a more specific than; zombies: an ongoing project. Does anyone else agree? Rocket said the game development is going to be for a little over a year until the official release is ready. The sound will probably suck if they dont take some suggestions from us. The animations will suck if they don't take suggestions from us and take time to redo animations. The non existent physics, will remain nonexistent, the list goes on and on. I have been disappointed by BI time and time again. The only hope for this project is Rocket, and the thing holding him back, is this engine that Bohemia refuses to do a MAJOR Overhaul on. In the end though, if they dont come out with a quality game the only ones we can blame is ourselves. We gave them our money. We chose to buy into this very very big long shot. I'm not sure early access actually entitles you to wield the same powers as BI's CEO, no matter how much you wind yourself up. Nothing has changed from the mod, same type of development, same type of Rocket, maybe a little less chatty, but that also used to get you guys all outraged, when he said too much, same engine, same company. I have no idea, why you think everything was going to be 100% wonderful with dinosaurs and humans cohabitating Earth peacefully together, when all the elements, you apparently hated in the mod are similar in the Standalone. They've been pretty clear about what you should expect, when buying a product in early development and just because you're unable to control your own deranged expectations, doesn't mean there's some giant pyramid scheme going on. now control yourself, you're scaring the women and children.
