Beyondeath 45 Posted February 25, 2014 Hello wanderers!Im very new to the game and to this forum. For me "DayZ Standalone" ain`t that pure survival game nor another killing spree. Sure I do have a thing for movies like "Cyborg", "The Road" or "I Am Legend" but my intentions are the photography. This game looks so great and its awesome scenery it's worth it to capture these beautiful looking landscapes. So most of all Im lurking around, fast in/out to get my stuff I need to survive, being invisible...but shoot first to not get whacked (rather ambiguous) - best game experience imo. You sould be VERY carefull with saturation and gamma curves, bcos at some point they make CG look awfull as hell. Keep it up, but plz think twice before altering color balance. P.S for some of my shots im using enchanced saturation too for deeper colors. [...]however its always up to you :) My endeavours are really way too supersaturated, but not only to make them look more “interesting”.. Tbh the original daylight shot by itself looks well done but little too monotonous imo. Im looking for a particular atmosphere. So by using enhanced colour saturation etc I can get this sort of feeling I had when the shot was made. Im not a photographer but an illustrator btw.
