I just re-watched this video, and looked at these pictures for the first time in about a year.

 

They really make me want to just go back and relive my beginning in DayZ.

Sure I didn't know shit, but I just remember running through the forest with flares,

 

and the time I found my first M24

 

 

Don't get me wrong, I still love DayZ, but you can't just re spark that feeling.

Same thing with minecraft for me, I've played it for years, it's still fun but hard to get that first feeling.

lol that video had the opposite effect on me and actually made me think,

 

"wow why the hell would anyone play this horrible horrible mess of bugs and poor mechanics"

 

been a long time since i have played dayz so i forgot kind of just how bad zombies were/are.
