Get a refund and buy Dxtory and get Lagarith's Lossless Codec if you intend to do lots of recording with Arma and Dayz, Fraps is horrible for recording anything Arma related. Most people that have mentioned Dxtory with this setup only hits 3-4 fps off, once I get home I can personally check this assuming the free version of fraps works like the full version.

Alright before you buy consider this, what do you want to do with your PC. Recording, rendering videos, editing, Photoshop or game emulation? then go with the I7. Do you want to play games, and essentially only game on this PC? go with the I5. Also about the 212 EVO, if you want to go high with your overclocking go Noctua or a small closed loop cooler. A lot of the weapons you have mentioned will never be added as they are trying to go for a former soviet block country setting. Therefore would not have many of the guns stated in your original post unless there were some left from operation harvest red or something along the lines of that. Also please explain how these weapons would "help" or "Benefit" the SA?
