£15 for a new game is one hell of a bargain, any ideas how much it would be @ full price? £30-£40?

20 bucks sounds great, but I won't mind if it's more. Probably won't be cheaper than $15.

Does it matter ? we'll all be buying it regardless :)

Even at £40 i don't mind, how much fun have we all had playing a free mod ? I hope it makes a lot of profit, BIS are a company that are worth supporting and Mr Hall and co should get well rewarded for the time and effort spent on the mod.

I think around the £15 mark for alpha access.

Even at £20 the amount of time played will make that figure a bargain!

I'd pay up to $50.00 just because it's Rocket and BI. Frankly I'm just happy that it's coming.

You can all blame the rocket if you feel the standalone is too expensive at first. He said he wants higher price but Bohemia lead wants cheaper price and more players :D

I guess it's something like $20-20€-£15 which is bit cheaper than Arma 3.

I guess 10-15€ at release (since it's only an alpha and minecraft-style for the sale), and when it's finished around 50€

Well I hope it is AT LEAST 15€. Anything below wouldn't be fair... a good game deserves a fair price.

I am very curious for the sales numbers. I wonder if it will sell as much copies as the mod has users, within the first 2 months of the alpha release

Twenty bucks seems like a sweet spot for most, and I'm not sure what the currency transfer rate is overseas.

I base the price I am willing to pay for a game on how much enjoyable game hours I will get out of it.

I would happily pay $60 for DayZ.

And then I would happily pay more money later one for additional content.

I mean come on, how many HUNDREDS of hours are we all going to play it? Yeah...a lot.

As opposed to some release-date $60 console campaign game that takes ~10 hours to beat.

I think it will match the ARMA 3 Alpha at £19.99

Whatever it is priced at, it will be worth every last penny

Hello there

I would assume it would be similar to the Arma3 pricing or less. I could be wildly wrong. But I'm sticking to the thought that it will be no more expensive than A3. I'd bet a pound on that.

i thought he said though it would be cheaper at the start ?

if its £20.00 to be a alpha tester how much will it cost after alpha :o . if it is very early in 9.99 to 15 quid seems reasonable . its not really arma 3 is it its a mod .

Bohemia is going to make a shit-ton of money regardless of how much it costs. Thousands, maybe even millions of people are anticipating this release and have their wallets armed and loaded at the ready. Plus, Rocket will finally get that lambo and herpes he's always been wanting.

I guess around the $5-15 mark, no more than that, at beta ill be probably 20-25 And full game will be probably 30-40 bucks.
