JeffDetroit 717 Posted May 16, 2013 The "old bike", like the trusty hatchet, is one of the perfect items in DayZ. The bike is silent, doesn't need gasoline, and moves pretty quickly over grassy areas.Plus, it is pretty easily hidden. Problem is, it only seats one survivor. How about a tandem bicycle (see linked jpeg):http://db.tt/5zPJzpm7You can have two survivors travel in full stealth mode (it could still operate with one survivor) - and is still easily hidden.
taco241 393 Posted May 16, 2013 Love it. Tandem bikes always remind me of Emily and Florence from Little Britain (the trannies):http://www.standard.co.uk/news/standard-pictures/article7335749.ece/ALTERNATES/w620/Rubbish+transvestites+Emily+and+Florence+arrived+by+tandem+bike+but+forgot+they+should+be+riding+side+saddle.I'd like to see a screenshot of two bandits riding through the countryside with candy floss or ice-cream in their hands.Beans for you OP.Runner up idea: one guy pushing another guy sitting in a shopping cart.

Fraggle (DayZ) 15720 Posted May 17, 2013 (edited) ^Only by 10 hours though Orlok. You nearly made it.Here's the perfect Chernarus survival tandem bike. Please note how the silly zombie chasing them poses no threat and the rider at back has a perfect view of everything to the rear: Edited May 17, 2013 by Fraggle

Firewarrior64 69 Posted May 20, 2013 Maybe a tandem which would reach speeds up to 60 kilometers per hour on-road seating two people... But I would add a second seat to the old bike where the other person sits on the back mudguard :P
