DayZ Standalone . Test Period .

Does anybody know when will the the testing period begin ? I really can't wait for it . So many times I almost bought ArmA 2 CO . But with the bugs , glitches, scripters and WEIRD ASS ZOMBIES . I think I will just have to suck this coming weeks up .

We're down to the last few things to fix before the first test servers pop online and we run the first full servers. Slowly we'll hand out the first keys and get a few servers running. Then we will reassess. It could go really well and we open up quickly, or it could go badly. Don't expect the tech test to be fun, or very pretty. It's a tech test, any game design that makes it into that will be a bonus."

Standalone testing will eventually be out, and I am unsure if regular players will be involved in this testing.

If I heard correctly, Forum Mods will be the first ones to to go and start "breaking" the game down.

All I am waiting for is Standalone, whether it takes a few more months or a couple of years.

It's Chernarus+. Basically Chernarus with A LOT more enterable buildings as well as some new areas on the map. :)

But seriously, paying people on youtube is kind of dumb, considering they're just playing a game, and they get paid ad revenue anyway. Also, I'm pretty sure if someone views a youtube video twice it'll make 2 views. So it's not like 1.2 million people saw it. On top of that, if you're gonna pay people, you'll have to pay a lot, sidestrafe, chkilroy, criken, totalbiscuit, basically anyone who played the game and put it on youtube.

So, what's the beef with frankie? I occasionally see negative references about him. Other than the 'does he? doesn't he?' hack soap opera of course.
