With green mountain. Why is it so scary to some people?

I have never had an eeryie feeling while near it, and is just another place. Is there something special about it that makes it scary to some?

The funny thing is that all this hogwash and rumors has me kinda spooked in Dayz.The two times I found a Dew in game I thought to myself that its best to get rid of it and dropped it off a few secs later.I always wonder if they really make it so that carrying a dew means certain death.

Not only yes but hell yes!! I was on a "no-pvp" server, everyone saying friendly, and within the hour I was shot in the head by a sniper after finding one ... it's certain death to have the Dew.
