I can't run by the place without getting chills. I was just fixing up a car in the town to the east or west, and I constantly looked up at the radio tower and shuddered. Every time I look up at that thing, I always feel like someone or something is watching me.

I hate the place.

I like green mountain. A nice uaz spawn and 2 deer stands. Makes a handy waypoint on the journey north.

XD Yeah sure. My friend was the one who recorded it so as long as the Dropbox program works and I'm able to edit the footage, I hope to have it up within the next couple weeks.

If you think in the scope of DayZ.. Everything is pretty much spooky.. A small Building in the middle of the woods spooks me just as much.. (It reminds me of the beginning of 28 days later)

I went there for the first time ever few days ago and I met a zombie ghost that couldn't be seen, but you could hear the aggro sounds. I was crawling trough the road when I heard that.

Then, when I thought I sneaked trough the walkers and made it on top of the tower, I saw 5 zombies climbing up. I took my revolver and shot them all.

I hanged around for about 5 minutes before heading down. Then suddenly, 2 zombies were climbing up.

I had to climb all the way up to kill them.

When I went down, a fairly large group of zombies spawned. I crawled out and still heard the aggro sounds.

You know, in the walls of Green Mountain is a pile of dead people in a pit. It's like a freaking concentration camp up there.

I was more freaked out by the concentration of zombies that were around it and how I barely survived checking it out. I will never make the mistake of ever going there EVER AGAIN >.<

Something odd happens to me allot when I go to or around green mountain. This one time I was in the town below and I was asking on side "who is at Green Mountain?" and a person replied "We are". No big deal right? Just don't go up and finish looting the town then depart the other way into the woods and everything will be OK I thought. Wrong. Soon I see light flickering in the treeline, I think its a player so I run into town and hide in one of those small industrial sheds. I hear footsteps, dozens of them (definately not zombies) and the light from flashlights is peeping trough the door and around the fence. I look out, see 12 players all creeping down from the mountain towards the town. I promptly run for my freaking life and make it out before they get a bead on me.

Do not go there unless you are looking for a fight or for a scare. I got both and have not gone back there since.

It was Night time so I thought easy loot. Made my way up the hill was darker than normal due to all the trees. Got down low by the gate. As I made my past the zeds at the front gate I got cocky so I thought I would run around crouched. Slowly began to rain my position was given away due to the gravel drive way. Headphones were maxed out the Z next to me let out a horrible aggro call when i went to run Zed broke my leg I had a whole spawn bash me to death.

The rain just added that sense of foreboding so there I laid bleeding out alone at the top of the mountain in the cold alone. I have been taken out a few ways but that one is still the worst :'(

I remember ruthlessly killing three players I found there with a m249 I had at the time, and then drinking a mountain dew I looted from them ontop of one of their corpses there. Perhaps I pleased the old god the sleeps there because I usually find the UAZ up there when I go and check it out on a new server.

I have freakin terrifying experiences there. Usually worse than firefights because I have no clue what is happening. It's fear of the unknown that is usually the scariest and not knowing who or what is messing with me scares me beyond anything else in DayZ.
