Nowt wrong with this idea, there are a lot of scooter types of transport in Russia. Then again if you meant the scooter (Non motorised) kids use on those stunt ramp's, then you need one wrapping around your neck.

I don't see why not. DayZ is a game where the posession of a bicycle is a mark of considerable status. Scooters (yes. Motorised ones) are popular in many parts of the world and should be included. Make them nearly unusable offroad and relatively slow onroad with terrible mileage.

I don't see why not. Maybe not the Segway variety, since it would be fairly restricted in terms of maneuvreability. :P

More than mopeds and scooters, I would like to see a greater variety of bicycles.

Fast, on-road bikes would have a speed advantage on paved surfaces compared to a full-suspension mountain bike. Countered by the mountain bike losing less speed and grip (proportionally) off-road.

I'd like to see a full range of options, just for flavour if nothing else.

In a sandbox environment, your choices (where practicable) should be all about personal preference.

Scooters or "automatic transmission motorcycles" are common these days, i don't see why we can't scavenge them
