I wish I could agree but after seeing valid points. (both sides do have them) It doesn't really matter what "we" want or don't want, it is what Rocket and BIS want. If they listened to the community then we'd end up with Warcraft hard mode with zombies. I believe I'd rather have them in charge then the players any day. I've seen what the players are capable of and would rather avoid it. When people claim over and over the same nonsense and don't even try to listen to reason... sometimes its best just to call them names and thump your e-chest. I felt better afterwards.

I was pretty sure this thread was about fixing major issues like not being able to see anything at military areas or loosing hours of playtime to a tent but since you are talking about us claiming for nonsense and changing the gameplay im sure im wrong.

Yeah I'm pretty sure these things are being worked on. I am not sure if you have heard but DayZ is going stand alone. So really these issues will be resolved. You have my word on it! It'll all be better soon. What this and the multitude of thread just like this one (and the many to come after it) are doing is parroting the same stuff (again both sides) It accomplishes nothing. (like beating your e-chest)

I am 100% sure Rocket and team know about these issues, are working on them, and will resolve them. I am also 100% sure people will feel like he isn't doing it fast enough. Look when these issues first arrived I said nothing, even after a couple of weeks I remained silent. But enough is enough. It's like every other problem with this mod. people complain and moan about it over and over again.

So in closing you had many threads to complain in but that wasn't good enough, you made more. Rocket has other business to attend to but you don't care because your free mod is broken. You were told many times it'll be fixed but it isn't fast enough. So yeah make a thread about it.

I did never disagree to that. I (and many others here) did just argue that rocket maybe focusing on the wrong things at the moment which could cause dayz user numbers to go down significantly (which they do already) which will lead to less money for him which will lead to a bad product for us all. If you would have read my threads you would have found out that im a total fanboy, i will buy the standalone anyway. Many others may not because they try out the mod and find out its broken and tell their friends about it. All these players may be lost for the community. Thats shit.

As far as what Rocket will do, I am sure they intentionally broke the tents and to drive people from the mod to the Standalone.

The private Hive servers fixed those issues very quickly and with little effort. So yes, he will do whatever the hell he wants.

The .6 hotfix is simply a retraction to their decision because of an incredible uproar.
