I see literally page after page of off topic posts, having nothing to do with a meetup, and the event this was intended to promote ended up with 4 people attending. Derpy_Hooves (DayZ) 4521 Posted November 16, 2012 This thread was up along time before i took it over so no, i doubt it would have been closed anyway even if there had been no Brony mods at all.If you havnt noticed the majority of the posts in here are from Bronies and followers of the meetups, yes we may only arrange a major meetup once every couple of weeks but a few of us use this thread to get together and play whenever and of course there will be banter ensuing,I still struggle to understand why people take the time to post such things in threads that obviously have no use to them what so ever. As for the mod team we are selected for what we can do to help keep the forums running and for you guys to freely go about your business, in the end it shouldn't matter what a mod likes or does after all every mod speaks their own minds and make decisions following the rules and guidlines that are in place. Derpy_Hooves (DayZ) 4521 Posted November 16, 2012 If there is a problem with this thread and you would like something done about it feel free to hit the report button and share your views and expressions and rest assured the matter will be dealt with by the many Non-Brony members of the mod team.This has pretty much become part of the community, a hub of sort for the Bronies to come to, yes maybe it should be moved to off topic or Clan recruitment, but at the end of the day people will post in here and you will still see it at the top of the page now and then. Derpy is the OP thus he decides whether or not it is in deservation of being closed [as there is no content that automatically makes it in deservation of closing].The thread is now mainly used, from what I have judged, to merely communicate with other people that have similar interests/knowledge of the particular topic(s).
