#1 reason people hack is because they are bad players and sore losers and when someone kills them they get pissed and want to hack and get thier revenege on everyone. Glade to see this clown banned. If only the other five thousand hackers got banned.

I can't go a night without seeing at least one hacker, usually a few. It seems to me that literally one fifth or one sixth of the playerbase seems to hack, the vast majority of them try and remain in the 'grey' area as well, so it's not as obvious...

Another reason for Rocket to think about permitting private Hive servers and supporting them, permitting people to play sandbox if they desire.

Trying to force people into playing a game the way you intended does NOT work and trying to do so will always result in the creaton of modifications, hacks and similar stuff.

He has already stated that this is going to happen, Mod will be opened up to the community. It will not stop skiddies though. You are delusional if you think they will go get on their own server to do this, they could now if they wanted to, they will continue to do it to others servers despite others not wanting it because they think it is fun.

Just to point out a few things:

- I never said I suxed at this game, compared to some other games I played with, this one is rather easy (bugs apart) once you figure out a few things (loot spots, evading zombies). Indeed, in the end I could avoid quite all the bugs, but you always get owned by a bug in this alpha mod in the end, no matter what.

- I don't look for excuses, I am not blaming myself, I am not blaming the game, I completely accept my fate which was expected since the very first time I used the first script. I was just stating how it felt : alpha. And I went on the behavior of any alpha player could go: testing scripts and glitches instead of taking it too seriously as if it was a finished product. Some people just go PvP endgame, I went on the cheating side. Another experience, another pleasure (felt a bit like GMod), I still never looked to ruin others people fun in the way they wanted to play their game.

- I am not that much a script kiddie, because I reviewed the source code of the cheats I used to understand how the DLL injection in the game could bypass the client-side (lol) BattleEye script execution prevention mechanism, and I also rewrote part of the scripts I used. Also, I agree that hackers are not cheaters, being a former hacker myself. Hate seeing the word "hacker" used for "cheaters". Here, I cheated.

My single hope with that post is that you could figure out that not everything is black & white: there are shades of grey. Reading some posts, obviously people find it easier to think black & white only, maybe it makes their life more comfortable :-)

If you're bored then like i said, its not your type of game. You have no patience, so you spawn the items. Clearly says you arent here for the experience of dayz, but for the pvp since you removed the whole experience of making your way up in items.

I can agree with one thing. I would too love to repair up a vehicle, not just to steal one.

Thing is that you who has clans. You guys farm the vehicles.. to what use? Let them stand in the forrest/your camp without making use of them? Wouldnt it be beter to have some sort of car chases instead of watching it rust away everyday when you spawn in? Nah, cant be.

Well, you missed out on A2 online.

but, as you cheated in an online game and possibly spoiled/unbalanced the game for others, I'm afraid I do hope you don't come back, or indeed get the stand alone.

Because, the minute you get bored with that, you'll cheat again.

So you gave up cus of the glitching the game have in alpha test..

Everyone usually have a sucky start cus you dont know anything about it. you run around try to hide and get killed. or you get lucky find a wep and start scavenge and kill zombies.

Its a survival game.

my start was very similar to yours. i got killed by teleporting zombies. killing me trough the wall and etc. also with Players killing me even if i have no gear at all, but it made me realise that i really need to be more carefull.

So i didnt give up. i played more casually. low populated servers to "know the game". started learning the map in my head and were the good items are. so after a while with learning everything started to be more easy and such.

Even with all these positive and negative situations i did not cheat myself to vitctory. i played and learned. you would enjoy it more if you would stay away from the cheating... sure you might be a good guy ingame etc. but.. you gave up...
