What would you trade me for a Bison pp-19?

Meh..too many have the as50. I only use the bizon to kill the zeds around the helis then throw them. It is not a bad gun though as you can put enough bullets on target to kill a player before anyone else even knows you are there.

pay for my server's next month (vilayer disabled access yesterday) and you can go rape all the trucks and tents which are stacked with legit duped weapons and hacked crates I have found around random servers

I think they're alright when you're working in teams, especially defending snipers.

Hint: If you're sniping with a squad, its good to have someone or more than someone to deal with the zeds that are bound to come. Using silenced weapons helps prevent more zeds coming and players are only alerted by the sniper rounds. There is a video on youtube of a squad of people using this brilliantly on the NWA and they are inside one of the buildings between the firehouse and north barracks, doing this they take out multiple targets whilst keeping both snipers safe and almost undetectable unless you knew where they were.

Bison is brilliant for that job, player killing... unless you get a headshot its a bit crap.

I think that number is a bit high. Most players have some high grade equipment, but helicopter loot is still desirable.

I know right..as soon as someone and their mates have all of the gear or abort in combat or dupe they assume 99 percent of people do it. Its a way of saying..everyone does it so it makes it all good.

I've tried the gun out once. I enjoyed that fact that its silent but that simply doesn't make up for the pathetic amount of damage it does.

I guess it could be useful to clear zeds but thats about it.

A can of beans and maybe a coke, although the AS50 is so common that Mountain Dew is the most desireable loot around here. The most you can expect is an MP5SD.

I usually have one since I'm always running around inland, it's great to kill zeds but my M9 SD is way better for me. A friend and I ran into a town where we heard 2 different types of shots coming from a red brick house. We scouted the area waited and waited and waited (they were killing all the zeds in that town and then some). So we got tired of waiting and rushed in with our bizons. I unloaded a whole clip into a player before he died. Really don't like the weak damage output. But it works great when you're trying to be sneaky and not attract so much attention with your pistol/primary gun shots.

My main problem with the gun aside from it's god awful iron sights, is that it has an absurdly bright muzzle flash that can blind you if you use nvgs with it and will alert anyone in the area to you firing regardless of sound. This gun is a throwaway weapon and nothing more as the mags are not all that common.

No because even though the as50 is pretty common its still desired. The problem you have is that you have a fairly rare weapon that no one wants. especialy since the suppressed m4 is easier to find and overal more effective. The only good thing i can say about it is that it has a suppressor. I've only had the gun once before in dayz but i have used it in arma 2 as well. To be honast i doupt any one would trade you for it, it simply isnt a highly desired gun sorry.

it's good if you're sneaking around cause you can put 5 or 6 bullets in a guy before he knows you're there but if somebody with an ak or a m4a1 sees you first you're screwed, it's good for roaming around cities when there's no players around cause you won't get much aggro aggro with it, I would say you could trade it for an AK with kobra or something like that, just because it's rare doesn't mean it's amazing

Pretty much what HERBERT-THETREE said. Also the AS50 is probably more common than the Bizon due to duping, or because nobody wants to pick it up in the first place. The Bizon is pretty rare, but the more common M4A1 SD is better in almost any way, at least in the important aspects like damage and range, so nobody wants it and possibly no clan has ever bothered duping it. It really is just a bad gun, if people don't want to pick it up if they find it themselves, chances are you can't get anything good by trading it.

TL;DR: The Bizon is shit.

bizon freaking sux. although it is silent, it has flash when you are shooting it. other player can easily find your position at night. also it only does shitty damage. I might trade a can of bean for it

Bizon isn't as shabby as the people in this thread make out. The Bizon can be a very good gun depending how deep you are into a character. If you spawned a few hours ago, and have been playing with a Enfield or a Winny type gun, then the Bizon is awesome if you manage to find it at a crash sight near to the coastal areas, it will pretty much be the best gun you will find until you hit the NW airfield (bar rare exceptions/another heli crash site).

I think its a good gun and ill always keep one, as silenced weapons despite what people will tell you are a rare commodity, until i find a silenced M9. Essentially it does the same amount of damage per Bullet, but doesnt take up valuable inventory space that could be used on a M14 or some other assault rifle.

Then the issue comes into play that people who are at a stage where they are wanting to trade, wont be at the stage in their lifetime that the Bizon is useful. Very few newborns trade, and its mainly lone rangers who have been alive for more than a week, or big clans. So pretty much the Trade value really doesnt reflect the value of the gun, so you aint getting shit for it.

I had a guy spawn behind me inside a buidling and try to kill me with a silenced Bizon. He shot me at least 3 times, if not twice that, and I managed to run a short distance to cover, turn, and kill him with a burst from an AK74 Kobra. Only then, after bandaging, did I see my health: 9800. I literally lol'd. He had a DMR + 10 mags to boot. Glad that he is a bad shot and the Bizon is really weak.

Point being, besides having a lot of bullets per magazine and being quiet - both of which make it good at killing zeds - it's not a very useful gun IMO. Any PVP with it is probably going to leave you cursing.

They should add a bizon without a silencer and ofc give it a damage boost, that thing will be beast for CQC.
