Some sort of arctic/white skin would be a useful addition. i spend a fair bit of my time above the snowline, and there is nothing I can do to make the skins in-game right now hard to see up there.

You -can- control the full auto on the PDW, you just need to practice with it. Wouldn't recommend trying it at anything more than 25 meters though.

No, they typically land on helipads or in open areas, with the assistance of air traffic control. The group that actually lands helicopters in the middle of forest clearings is quite small indeed. ;)

DayZ needs a "No Trespassing" sign.

1st person only servers are nervewracking. Have you ever tried landing a helicopter in a tiny clearing with just first person? It's just as terrifying every time you do it.

A question to this. What if a group of players were to build/declare a no-entry zone? Fortify it with sandbags and whatnot. Make it theirs. Would it be considered against the rules if players that entered the area were shot-on-sight, but not those that wandered by? What if there are legitimate reasons for firing without interacting?

Lost a camp that was remarkably like that a few days ago on a private hive server. Maybe it was you guys, in which case, keep an eye on that Heli. It leaks fuel like a madman. I'm honestly glad to see it go.

Common misconception. Any time you put an item in a container with an insufficient amount of space, the item is ejected randomly in a thirty foot radius. This doesn't preclude it ending up within a tree or a rock, but the item isn't deleted.

So...everyone can farm up gear there, and then go kill people on a normal server? How boring.
