Yes, we did offer people compensation for downtime, but only if the server was actually down. If your server was still running and you had the ability to start/stop and edit the database, then you were not compensated.

What about those of us who had servers that were down for part of the time during that mess, and it was up during part of that time but still pretty much unplayable(nothing saving, people dying on spawn or getting sent to debug island, losing all gear)?

After that, you told customers that it would be $5. We had more problems following that, to which we were offered another $5 credit.

Recently I received a $3 credit for the third round of downtime. That $3 seems to be the only credit that was applied to my account.

I got an invoice for the DayZ Tools today, only $3 was taken off it. Shouldn't it be $0 with a remaining credit of $8? I sent an e-mail in reply to the invoice, but haven't gotten a reply. I would make a ticket, but your entire site is down.

for my cancellation request had to retype it twice because of the god damn 502 gateway error.

everytime u click on a link of a SS things always a god damn 502 gateway error.

had to make a ticket... to reply i had to do it 10 times because everytime i was about to send it the god damn 502 gateway error appears.

tickets take forever to get anwsered.

Had to wait 3 days for my activation

now i updated to 3.7 cannot connect to my server anymore been now 5 days that i cannot play no 1 fix it. I paid 50$ for auto updates my server is not connected to the hive.

Lack of guides.

im sorry but when u need to refresh 25-30 times to get on ur php admin is just killing me or just make a ticket.

also that 502 gateway error has been there since almost 3 weeks so yeah.

Renting a server from you guys for the past month has been nothing sort of a nightmare.

I have given you right up until 9pm before I sent my cancellation to paypal, as I was really hoping you would have fixed the Bad Gateway 502 errors as it has been about 2-3 weeks now and still no fix just it will be done soon, sorry just read you fixed it??????

I have been getting the Bad Gateway eroor all night when trying to log onto your webpage and just tried logging into MYPHP to see if you have fixed it and surprise surprise 502 BAD GATEWAY!!!

There are actually no 502 errors now.. read our thread and emails. We've fixed this.

Our support response time is within 24 hours, as it's always been. Once again, no surprise there.

3 days for activation? What are you referring to? We set up servers within 24 hours also so I know you can't be referring to that.

The only reason you got a 502 today is because we are still doing a few updates on our new web server and we had to bring everything down for a few minutes at a time.

The issue has been fixed.

What in the world is wrong with you guys? You cant even handle keeping up with support for the customers you currently have, yet you keep having stupid promotions and overselling. Do you not see how pissed off most of your customers are at this point. Hell, you should be giving all the current customers 15$ off for life because of all the bullshit we had to put up with.

I submitted a ticket, didn't receive a reply till almost 37 hours after. What I asked was not even given to me and now I have to wait another 40 hours and hopefully it might get done.

Let me add that DayZ Tools is horribly bugged. Half the features do not even work, it should be a free tool until you manage to work this out. Upon removing all vehicles from the tools only 10-20 will actually spawn in per run, which means I have to keep running the tool multiple times until they are all spawned in. Changing the amount of damage/fuel the vehicles spawn in with will not actually do anything, tested this multiple times. Put everything for max damage and no fuel, and what do you know? We had hueys spawning in fully repaired. Maybe its just me that cant seem to do anything right, which is possible.

No hard feelings and I will continue to stay with you guys, but seeing how your offering promotions when you cant even handle the customers you have just pissed me off. 35+ hours for a ticket to be answered is completely ridiculous.

I will definitely investigate the issues you are speaking about, and we will wipe your server as requested in your ticket.

You no longer have to, I think I fixed it. I do realize it has been my fault my server has been screwed, the servers are great the support not so much like it used to be when you guys first started selling. My server was up in less than 30 minutes and you responded to my ticket in less than 1 hour. More customers = more tickets = longer wait times for tickets to be answered. Server is fine for now, sorry for wasting your time.

No need to always point out the compensation thing like is the only thing in the wolrd that really counts.

It happen to be that i like to play and 5 dollars does not change my world.

So i can trade my compensation till now plus a fee just to have my server working to play and have fun during the week-end after a week of work.

Mine was not a complain.

Just a request of a possible ETA since you never give a clue about it.

I hope you get it, because the attitude of your answer is more close to be rude than kind or polite.

I know you could be under pressure, but throwing at me some bucks will not shut my mouth up.

How does that work? Do you have a dedicated support staff for handling tickets specifically, and an IT staff for managing the deployment of new servers? I'm not trying to be confrontational, but that's a pretty bold claim for what seems to be a small company. I can see that working for a larger company that's split up into departments, but it seems unrealistic for anything other than that. I'm really more curious than anything.
