There seem to be a lot of players on Skype, some on TeamSpeak, others just using the game. Here's a poll asking what you use to see which is most popular.

Edited to include Steam chat.

TS3 mainly

Steam if talking to random

Teamspeak and mumble are both good choices.

Ventrillo has fallen behind and is outdated nowadays.

Skype is ok if it's only a couple of friends but any more and your best using something else.

Roger Wilco, damn that's old, haven't used that in probably ten years, I imagine the same people using this are still using ICQ too, is it even still being developed?

Never heard of teamtalk or voicechatter

Not the brightest idea to use direct chat unless it's to speak to a random player in-game.

Another one is mohawk, I've never tried it personally.

I'm using TeamSpeak at the moment.

You should have put the steam voice chat in this poll, that's what I use. Nice and simple since I run the game through steam anyway.

I find it to be buggy and delayed, I personally prefer TS.

TeamSpeak masterrace. Unfortunately for some reason my in-game voice-comms are not working on some servers.
