It's nice that there are people who host servers like these ;) It's a zombie survival game, that happens to have the option of first/third person view because it's a mod for a military simulator. So in the end the game is just a survival simulator, not a shooter game. If you want a shooter game, go play BF3 or COD Removing zeds from a server would make it a typical shooter game.. Bambis are well known of dying from zombies. You're basically saying that Bandits are playing DayZ as it is "supposed to be".. "Why pick up weapons to defend yourself against zombies if you can use it to kill people!" DayZ community exists out of many different people with many different playstyles. i.e.: medics, bandits, heroes, merchants and many more

I'm playing for my third day on the server, and love that I can actually help people without having a gun aimed at my head everytime. I end up dead most of the times I give out gear to fresh spawns, but at least here I wont ;)

As noted above, you should implement the Free To Play marketing: Give a taste, then ask for money. Give them a week or a month free access and then ask for the money. ^^ There is like no guerentee that the investment will be worth our money ^^

Helped one patient, ended up losing my whole inventory to a glitch Q_Q Now got 1 m9sd mag left that I found at Stary. Gotta find more ammo :P PS: I think my bicycle has somethnig to do with my inventory disappearing ;/
