In order for battleeye to trigger a global ban, you must use software that inject into memory or alter memory in order to spawn items or trigger scripts on the server. By entering a "spawned" vehicle, you run absolutely no scripts, and you alter no game memory whatsoever. It is NOT a violation to use something that was spawned. And DayZ wiki sometimes is not reflecting the whole content. It's not official. User enters game, interacts with what he finds there, ingame = legit for common user. It's the headache of developers to preven this. If users get banned for finding a hacked item, which they are not obliged to know it's hacked, then we're in big trouble. In all other games you have all the speedhacks, aimbots, wallhacks etc. But no game gives ability for hacker to inject non-legit content. That's what DayZ team must adress.But this all makes sense only if this particular user was really banned for using a ahcked plane, and was innocent. If he's not. Forget what I just said :)2) Rocket told that users are not banned for using hacked content. They are banned for using hacks and scripts. If this user used scripts or hacks before and wren't banned and now he tried a hacked jet - then BattleEye looked up his record, found another violation and banned him. I suspect that's what had happened.3) If you are honest and never used hacks, then you must write to tech support at Bohemia Interactive. Write to DayZ support and struggle for the truth. If what he says is true, oh BTW found a spawned A10 on my server yesterday down by the beach, jumped in it, flew it out into the water and crashed it (by your reasoning I use scripts and should receive a global ban), then he doesn't deserve any ban.
