[EU17] Cherno Mayhem - Best Day in DayZ !!

A helpless Lee Enfield guy like me respawned close to cherno to go find starter loot to find his friend after before's day rage quit that I lost all my gear to the server update. so it was time god blessed me with these guys that came to cherno.

I heard an ATV outside the house i was looting, pulled out my Lee Enfield shot the guy down his friend with a pick up truck came by , shot him too he as well shot me, both down i immediatly respawned and run to the position. Found all the bodies there, 2 atvs the pickup truck. and guess what happened.

got NVGs, Range finder, all tools, m4a1 cco sd, m9 sd, range finder, AS50 and the truck! :D

Thanks so much to the clan [Vodka] that i killed with my Lee enfield. Cheers for the gear!

Btw I want to report the server admin because there was a server restart when I got all the gear and now lost the pickup truck. Got the gear tho so no biggie!

My topic was absolutely made to show that even starter towns and a very regular one such as the hospital and houses at cherno can get you some nice action. Wasnt in any way bragging or something. Just a good day and alot of luck (respawned in cherno right after so I got there first, I was seeing them trying to respawn several times in the system getting killed all the time, when they realised the truck and loot was gone I guess they rage-quitted.)

Back in action- will lose all the gear anyways in 1 week tops.

Did you heard about scheduled restarts? Yep. Definitely whole world is against you. You are so important!

And pickup truck is just two seats death wagon with big "Kill me please!" all over the white frame... Not the best choice to say the least. Do you really think that they would restart server just to get this piece of crap spawned at the last save point?

Our server we play has an automated message each time its about to restart. In this case the normal restart time is 17:50 UTC, so that means it should have restarted at 19:50 GMT+2 my time but in fact it restarted at 18:50 when I just got the pickup truck. I dont really care about the pickup truck and I already got told by a friend that the server restart isnt being made by an admin but by the server itself (automated;) but I do see people complaining in the forums when they find a camp of an admin and he restarts the server to take back his gear or something so that might as well be a case. and im saying all this because its funny how whenever me and my friend got a vehicle the server restarts 5 minutes after when its supposed to be restarted at another time. As for the starter towns action, I never expected so many vehicles in cherno's most obvious starter place to go, its a suicide, better off raid NW airfield or Starry with that gear. I never go hunt noobs in starter towns as many do, i find it not rewarding.

After all that happened yesterday at cherno if I was those guys, I would camp that place for days (DayZ) to take revenge. So I dont think it would be a good idea to go over there alone versus a group. I might give it a shot tho sounds exciting and gonna pump my heart up but I would have to be really patient. So whats a good point to camp in cherno? I was thinking somewhere in the forests and not in the actual city, its not like i need supplies from the city anymore.
