I have been playing for about a month so far and I <3 this game. I usually play on either UK 119 or GB #500(one of the many for GB #500) depending on which time of day it is. I usually play with 2-4 players at a time and we talk over teamspeak. I am usually a friendly player however I will kill you if you pose a threat or I am desperate for gear.

I am however losing my faith in my fellow survivors as i have been too trusting of strangers and that has mostly gotten me killed.

If you see me call out friendly on the area chat or I will shoot. See you in the wasteland :P

PS. If you send me a pm Asking for trading or help I will reply telling you weather or not i can/will and the healing comes at a cost of either medical equipment/ammo/toolbelt item.

Name's Adam, in-game name "Axz", 24 and I live in England.

I don't kill other players if it can be helped, if I see another players before they see me I contact them (typeing, I have no mic') if they don't reply I avoid them, if they do reply i'll help them if needed, but won't reveal myself to them (I have ghillie so they might suspect me of being a bandit, and I don't really trust anyone anyway).

I (in theory) kill bandits on sight, i've not acctualy seen anyone with a bandit skin before, but I do not agree with killing others for thier stuff when it can be easily obtained without killing others. I don't want vehicles I am happy with my M4A1 CCO SD, M9 SD and MK 48 MOD, so all I do is hang out in the wilderness and pop to a north-west towns supermarket when I need food and water, that would explain why I rarely enoucnter bandits.

Oh, and this might ruffle a few feathers, I have no problem logging out when attacked by a bandit, it took me a long time to get my stuff and if they think they are going to take it from me rendering all i've done meaningless just because they cannot be bothered to go to the relavent area to get it themselfs they can kiss the fattest part of my ass, This doesn't happen very often though, twice so far.

Started playing this mod last week and almost fell in love with it (i dont have a fetish for software). I play on European servers only (no lag needed here!).

I play nice with others and provide advice/supplies/support when needed, even though i have yet to find a good group to join, and have been hunted down a few times.

For fun, i'd like to establish bus routes across Chernarus, picking up new players and driving them from town to town, taking them sightseeing and shit.... (maybe even forcing them on the bus at gunpoint?)

Still, they'd leave the bus with some supplies to survive the first day and info on where to get some gear! =)

Installing ARMA II right now, about to dive into the glorious world of DayZ. I basically just want to meet some of the community.

I'm 21 years old from Ohio, USA. I have a 14 month old daughter and I work at Kroger. My interests include cars, hiking, and playing video games. My favorite game at present time is League of Legends, but ask me again in a few weeks and it may be DayZ.

I am generally a resident nice guy, pasted up a few chances to kill folks. Interestly enough my deaths in DayZ have been all due to hackers. (3) One glitch (An entire day of teleporting zombies Mike Tyson'ing my ass)

Since this has all been cleared up I've managed an average life span of pretty damn high (My first about 20 hours)

I've gotten a few of my friends into the game. We recently thought it fun to do the whole "build a base thing" US 1502 apparently someone didn't like it and leveled the whole factory, taking out the vehicles and such. Oh well live and let die I suppose. Personally I'm not a KoS person but if you have a military weapon and don't respond to me, you are. I've got one murder, one unarmed kill (Swore the guy was armed whoops CtlN1) a bandit kill (Was chasing a guy I just winged, left him life then she ran in after him with her AKM, one to the chest one to the dome piece)

Normal night for me generally involves finding a 10-25 pop server avoiding full servers as they attract the boogey men! Then bringing 1-2 folks with me and doing what ever.

Hope to see some folks and continue to save the ones that need it (I even helped folks in the NWAF by sniping Zombies off them!)

Hi guys! My name is Zach and currently I am trying to download Arma so that I can play dayz but my internet is really slow. I am hoping to learn from the Trusted Mentors of the wasteland and hope to help them do what they do and be a medic type person. I am that 1 stranger. You may call me stranger for short. I'm not going to give you my real name because this is the internet. Real names on the internet are for suckers.

However, what I will tell you is that before coming onto this forum, I played DayZ for about a solid month now. I play about four or five times a week. If one were to ask me what I do, I would tell them that I survive. I hunt animals, get water, and occasionally go into town to see what I can find and to test myself. I don't like shooting people, and it's not because of some ethical or high road bullshit everyone else spouts on these forums. It's because shooting people requires shooting a gun. Shooting a gun is more trouble than it is worth if you're not going to kill in one shot. I also tend to work alone and travel alone. I don't have a base except for what I carry. It's better for me that way. I also only help people who ask for it. I will help people, but it is not weakness. I've killed people out of paranoia and just plain screwing with me, which happens more than I like to admit by the way. I don't have an exact ratio, but I'm fairly confident that I've killed more people than I've died. I die about once or twice a week, mainly from a glitch that spawns me back at the beach or another player killed me because I was doing something stupid. I've made many mistakes in game, and I will most likely make many more in the future. Hopefully, they will not be the same ones from the past.
