Indrexu 0 Posted August 12 Hello! Ive played Dayz for 350 hours. The biggest issue in the game is that there are no vehicles to be found. My friends quit playing the game because we couldn’t find one. It’s so frustrating to walk 95% of the time playing the game. I went thru 30 of vehicle spawn and found nothing. If you die you got to walk again for hours. That makes me and people I know quit. I suggest adding alot more vehicles that can spawn. Also a some servers should have monthly wipe wich will make the pvp experience more balanced. Also vehicles should despawn after 1-7 days of not being interacted or used. Waiting for the better 1.27. Until then I don’t think I am going to play the game much.
nemorus 257 Posted August 12 Zagoria is dead - population was reduced into infected monsters. Its a survival of the fittest setting. If you cannot find a single vehicle on vanilla then you're not in the fittest group. Its just a fact. Personally ive seen servers where spawns of certain items were reduced to almost nothing - and still managed to get what i needed. Its all about the need and time you have. You want luxuries when world is shot. It only makes sense that you need to be fast and thorough to accomplish that. Youre saying that you won't play unless certain things will happen. I was just like you in the past. Childish. Also take a look at private servers, with plethora of options to choose from. That's the game youre looking for. You will find everything youve listed here. And more. Because people design their own visions of "DayZ" all the time. Visions that may steal from you much more than petty 350 hours. The usual "fee" of this game is about 2k hours. People with 5k are common. 10k is nothing special. 1 1

It's about surviving at pandemic, COVID, radiation or something else what's you more prefer. So don't expect that in post apocalyptic state you'll be able to get yourself a car, I'm not talking about car that can ride, I'm about the car-itself. If you think in other way well it's your way I can't blame you with that, but maybe after some minutes or years you'll find that you were wrong... The human - is a egoistic disaster, that will try to burn/blow-up/destroy everything that he/she (that human) can't move, because of no brains and because of thinking that he/she (that human) is the queen on the pea. When you met that state of understanding of humanity you'll find that's actually on the server's they're too many cars 🙂

I think you should understand that 350 hours is nothing in this game; you and your frustrated friends are still very much new, especially if you're of the opinion that surviving (finding foods/necessities), navigating the map, or obtaining high tier weapons is difficult. I don't think having every other player driving around would be beneficial to the game. Also, if youre not finding vehicles at spawns, you need to walk through the woods or edge of the map, they're constantly hidden or abandoned in the woods (I play official and already have 5 cars stashed in the woods and know where a couple others are if I want them despite the wipe). Girth Brooks 570 Posted August 26 Fake news. Official server cars are usually in a ditch upside down. Show pics are we just gonna laugh at you.
FuzzyBear182 12 Posted August 28 I sorta have to agree with you. I think vehicles outnumber people in real life. Bikes, cars, motorcycles, trucks, they don't all break as soon as everyone dies. They'd actually be easier to find laying around and would make create more player interaction. That's how it really should be.. every group has a car, not just one.

Keep in mind that Chernarus is set right after 1992+, just after the soviet union, in which private cars were incredibly rare among commoners.

I didn't know that. I'm also pretty sure the game takes place sometime after 2012.
