After the 1.11 Update My Character Deleted!

LOL! What happening? I was played 1 week ago in official server. Today I install the new patch then I try to play but my character is deleted? For what?

Thank you so much DayZ! I have to delete if I can't fix this problem. Can someone give me a reason? Why my character deleted?

There was  complete wipe. Can't say I was too happy about it myself. I had the same toon for about 4 or 5 months.

All zapped.

TBH, I am in no hurry to go and do it all again.

This is yet another demonstration that they are incapable of decently fixing a game.

Like when a PC crashes without being able to save the work started and you have to shut down and restart losing everything. It is the most striking failure of the company that wrote that software.
By now we know that DayZ has this kind of developers, I really hope they give the game to someone else, who will certainly do better.
If they gave it away  to some of the modders who modify this game, if already so (some) do some excellent work, I imagine if they could get their hands in the code of the game.
As long as DayZ remains at BI, we will always have to put up with these mistakes and this bullshit ... or change the game ... or hope for some similar but better "competitor".
