State of the 1.07 Console Issues

Today we deployed the first round of fixes for the Xbox version of the DayZ 1.07 update.
Today's hotfix included a fix for the most common server crash, which appeared due to an error in the physics-based item dropping. We have reverted this change and put it back in the garage to fix it up, before we re-deploy it in the future.
Then there is a couple of issues involving the console inventory and its synchronisation. This results most visibly in game crashes, as well as desynchronisation between the players and the server (example: seeing a player with a different item in hands than they actually have). With today's fix, we are tackling the most frequent game client crashes, related to item swapping. However, this still leaves us with several instances of desync, which might be more prominent now, that your game will crash less. We are working on further solutions for this and will keep you posted on our progress.
Sadly those fixes also introduced a new server crash that now appears frequently. We aim to resolve this swiftly.
We have addressed an issue with the voice chat being activated in the inventory.
Regarding the FPS drops, we are investigating both the lighting changes, as well as certain inventory behaviour as possible reasons for this change. Further feedback on this is very welcome (be sure to include the console you are playing on, as well as the circumstances listed in our last update on this issue).
So, while this hotfix addresses certain issues, we still have more problems to be corrected. For that, we apologise.
