It used to be Tetracycline Pills but they don't seem to work anymore?

They do work but it seems to be easier to get sick. Make sure you not drinking out of your hands. I've also noticed I've gotten sick from apples I've found. Maybe the alcohol is more important these days.

Survival seens harder:

- I'm finding less food and drink.

- Looks like you get thirsty faster.

- It's more easier to get sick, even the infected can transmit a disease with punchs.

- If you get sick its harder to cure.

- Fever is a bitch, avoid rain as best as you can.
