Get the iZurvive app and check boxes for helicrash. Go look.

Dayz.xam.nu is also a very detailed map which you can turn on and see all possible heli crash spots.

You can find the SVD and LAR at duper camps all across the lands of Chernarus. Dont bother with heli crashes.

What is duper camps?

Duper camps are player camps in remote unknown locations on the map where they cheat. They take items in the game and duplicate them through a cheaty process. The reason you cant find these guns or other guns like the Tundra or M4 is because someone on your server has duped them out of spawn existence.
