Finally 9 Posted July 4, 2012 Found a few tents today...Didn't need the loot but spent 5mins dropping some 100clips ak/mp/etc. ammo, ate 20 cans of food, 10 sodas, dropped many pistols and rifles...All just so it could never be used against me. You're pretty much just wasting all of those resources, not just for the person at the tent, but for everybody else in the game.Personally, I prefer to broadcast tent locals if I don't need what's in them. wolfgang784 13 Posted July 5, 2012 We are normally in our vehicles when we happen upon camps, so we load up what we want and drive over the tents. As for blowing up vehicles, they do not currently respawn by themselves properly.....Ander spawns them in from the database every now and then. Jai (DayZ) 11 Posted July 5, 2012 I got killed by some bandits up at NE, when returning to get revenge I some how managed to miss the NE and end up somewhere off the map lewl, but then on my way back I came across tent city of 24 tents, assuming they were the bandits I threw everything on the ground and gave them lots of wood instead. We looted all the food and medical supplies and then used grenades to blow up the tents. It's their own fault really, they put the tents in a very visible spot. We don't do this to be dicks...ok yeah we do, but we also do it because it means less of a chance for some asshole to find everything in the tent and kill us with it.
