    US 29. Have fun~

Come take them from us and stop bitching. Seriously. If people aren't going to put effort into finding a vehicle, then stop crying. We put the exact same amount of work into our vehicles that you would've. Just because we got lucky and got to them before you, doesn't mean you get any right to bitch and whine because you can't find our obviously-massive camp, if we're storing dozens of vehicles. If you want to bitch at us, come say it to our face, at our camps.

    Starting a 'Serious Group'

Haven't had a bump in almost two weeks. So here's one for good measure. And hey, I'm finally back from my vacation, and post-vacation Steam Sale installation comatose. Who knew that 29GB took so long to download? Fucking Max Payne 3...
  4. EDIT: Right then. Got a little hot on the collar. Still willing to give the TeamSpeak if you don't believe I roll with a group.

Prevent Spawn Point "Choosing" by Suicide

Well, if you want my honest opinion... yeah. Any of us who play in groups have wasted time running before. Hell, on an off-note, I once ran from around Novy, to Cherno, to Kamenka, then up to Pavlovo, trying to chase my buddies because I fell out of our UAZ. Come to find out, I didn't have my mic on, so they couldn't hear me yelling for them to stop. Was kinda funny, in hindsight, but annoying as fuck for me at the time. We had a laugh about it later that night, though.
  6. I'll say it again nicely, maybe you didn't understand my simple English last time: I play in a group. We don't rely on each other to watch our backs. We do solo missions of scaving when nobody else is on. We don't rely on each other, so much as we help each other when the time comes. So maybe I do play alone. But when it's time for us to rally the troops, we drive around, hop into the UAZ, and head to where ever we're raiding. Hope that clarified it for you. It's the last time I'll say it. Now then, I'm glad that scavenging and filling up your empty inventory is a 'multi-hour process'. Since it's so hard for you to raid Kamenka, Komaravo, and Balota while your team mates walk from the Northeast Airfield, and meet you somewhere around Vyshnoye, if not even closer to the southwest. I'm also glad to hear that scavenging for extra weapons, ammunition, food, supplies, et cetera, instead of wasting time walking, is stupid. That's why, if ever I happen to miraculously come across you in game, no matter how friendly you are, I will shoot you on sight as soon as you bend down to check a loot pile, since looting is stupid. And yet, your horribly biased opinion is needed. And what about your 'my way or the highway' attitude you're clearly presenting in this topic, Mr. Valec? Are you excused from the rules of the class for some reason? If so, I'd love to hear it, skippy. I love this argument you set up here. I really, really do. I just love your logic in this post. Let me break it down for you in a couple of bullet points. That might make my argument more comprehensible for someone like you. "[...] preventing people from 'selecting' their spawn isn't even why this change is being made, [...]" Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. So why are we even discussing it? Well, because it's the point you decided you had to defend so adamantly when I commented that it was a stupid idea in my original post you quoted. [*]Have I died at the NW Airfield before? Yes. I have. Has the rest of my team picked up my loot and met me in the fields west of Stary? Yes, they have. Does that make me a better player than you? Fuck no, not quite sure where you even came up with that assumption. But hey, whatever. [*]Is wanting to spawn near your team instant gratification? Yes. How so? Because you want a reward (team play) with no work at all (having to play the RNG game and take what the computer gives you). I'd call that instant gratification. [*]"[...] that's how all you ex-call of duty'ers blend in." Not minding that I have to walk a couple extra kilometers to meet up with my group makes me an ex-Call of Duty'er? Well, alrighty skippy. Your science, your math, your logic. Not quite sure where the hell you're pulling that one. But hey. Must make sense to you... somehow.

    Fixing Bandit System

Only if I get a nuke at 100 kills.

    Bring DayZ to console aswell!

It's not really 'blind hate' for consoles. It's just the fact that they are factually inferior to the PC platform. They have weaker hardware, and they've had weaker hardware since before they came out. The fact of the matter is, even with the next generation of console, I doubt it'd be able to support DayZ. For the same reason why the current gaming consoles don't even have ARMA on them. I'm actually surprised they have the Operation Flaspoint series, but that was even 'dumbed-down' a bit for console stability.
  9. Oh reeeeally? I play alone, do I? Would you like to tell my group that, or should I just let them know myself, since 'alone' is pretty much defined as 'with four to six players' now. Either way, it's just the pot calling the kettle black, so we can throw our ideas back and forth, but in the end, the time you're 'wasting' getting to your friends, you could be scaving while they come to you. But hey, you just want instant gratification, so I can't really fight that.
  10. Not a troll, just sick and tired of people complaining that they want the game to be 'easier'.
  11. I don't understand why so many people want to be able to choose their spawn. I'm pretty sure it doesn't take more than an idiot to realize that everybody will want to spawn in Cherno, Electro, or Berezino. Then, when that happens, everybody will just raid the city for supplies. Since everybody's everywhere in the city, nothing will respawn. And suddenly, the city is starved of all its loot. Granted, it's entirely possible to do that now, but making this suggestion is pretty much screaming for it. Maybe I'm just not seeing something others are. (That isn't 'I'm too lazy to go walk to my group' because that's not a valid excuse. I've had many a times where I've had to walk from the beach to the northern treeline to find my group. Quit your bitching, or have them come to you if you're such a lazy prick.)
  12. I'm all for this idea. You're gonna be the guy who refunds me all the shit I lose when a server unexpectedly closes down because the owner doesn't make rent, but doesn't tell anybody, right? Or, when I can't get into the server because it's already full, you're gonna be the guy standing on the beach of a different server handing out stuff so that I can actually play the game without having to start over for no apparent reason, right? Point is, with the system we have now, it'll never work. Servers go up and down way too often, which is not the cause of alpha, so that's not a proper complaint on the dev's side, and can't be fixed by them. And since the populations are capped at 50, you'd never be able to get more than a few groups on a single server. So, in short, no.

Prevent Spawn Point "Choosing" by Suicide

I'm all for this compromise. Would stop people from repeatedly respawning to get back to where they were, but also doesn't gyp those who legitimately need to respawn. (Broken leg with no morphine, stuck in a wall, et cetera.)

    Chernarus vs Ireland

Georgia is not Russia. Neither is Ukraine. Or Belarus. Nor is Kazakhstan. Or Uzbekistan. Or Estonia. Or Latvia. Or Lithuania. And those are all post-Soviet states, as they were former states of the Soviet Union, which dissolved after the Cold War. Unnecessary explanation for the ignorant aside, nice one OP. Got a chuckle out of me.

    Trade Zones

Why are you playing a survival-oriented game if you want a feeling of relaxation or safety? I don't think DayZ is for you.
