SVD spawn?

Does anyone know where? according to types.xml it should spawn where tactical bacon and tactical shirts spawn. (All 3 are Military and Tier3/4).

I'we literally ran trough tisy 10 times yesterday, all doors closed but all i find are Akms and M4s. A lot of them as well. 

 

Should i start searching for heli crashes or keep at it in tisy? :S

Vanilla loot economy only spawns them at heli crashes I'm 95% sure.

svd spawns at heli crash and in military barracks/tents/bunkers. I found 2 on russian heli, 1 in tisy MB, and 1 in troitskoe MB (3 badly damaged, 1 worn).
Can't remember in which update, not sure it was in the last one...

That being said it's a rare loot, so good luck if you're looking for it specifically.

I have found it once in tents, but I cannot remember for sure whether this was a community server or not.

Since then I have not found it outside heli crashes so I would not look elsewhere for it.

Of all of the ammo boxes and SVDs that I've found have all been at heli crash sites.  Good luck.

I’ve seen the magazines in several military bases, never seen the weapon.
